Deportivo La Coruna´s inability to finish off fellow strugglers Real Betis may have made for uncomfortable viewing for the Galician side, but coach Miguel Angel Lotina insists it was all worth it in the end.

Having taken a 36th-minute lead through defender Pablo Amo, second-bottom Depor were able to play on the break in the second half and they created a number of decent chances to double their advantage and kill off Betis´ challenge.

"The team went out very nervous because of the league standings weighing heavy on our minds. However, all the team were very focused and concentrated on the game," said Lotina.
