WWE: The Dudley Boyz are back as full-time performers

Football News

The post-SummerSlam edition of Raw was last night and it was incredible, with a real Raw after WrestleMania feel to it.

Incredible RAW

Sting made a surprise appearance to challenge Seth Rollins to a match for the WWE Heavyweight Championship, the Wyatt Family got a new member with Braun Strowman, who completely destroyed Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, and the Dudley Boyz made a return to light up the Tag-Team division.

But whilst we knew that Sting would be back for at least one program with Rollins leading up to Night of Champions, fans really didn't know if the Dudleyz were back for one time only or here for good.

Back Full Time

Well now we know, and it is great news for WWE fans.

According to a report from PWInsider, via Wrestling Inc, the Dudley Boyz are indeed back in the WWE on a full-time schedule and are set to become major players in the tag-team division.

"The Dudleys are now back full-time, locked in and will be going on the road with the company for live events, according to PWInsider. There's talk that both Bubba Ray and Devon have signed a multi-year deal but that hasn't been confirmed."

Tag Title Feud

As previously noted, it appears The Dudleys will be entering a feud with current tag champions the New Day, as well as number one contenders the Prime Time Players, for the belt. The three teams will likely meet at Night of Champions next month.

There was no prior inkling that the Dudleys would be making a return, and the WWE did incredibly to keep it under wraps. There were rumors of a return after Bubba Ray's appearance at the Royal Rumble, but nothing came of it then.
