Koeman rubbishes sack rumours

Valencia coach Ronald Koeman has dismissed speculation he has two games to save his job.

Valencia have taken just six points from a possible 30 since Koeman replaced Quique Sanchez Flores in the hotseat back in November, and on Sunday slumped to a 1-0 home defeat to Almeria.

Reports in Spain on Tuesday suggested elimination from the Copa del Rey on Wednesday night - Los Che hold a 1-0 first-leg advantage over Atletico Madrid in their quarter-final tie - and failure to beat Valladolid in the league at the weekend would see Koeman sacked.
