Sevilla are sweating on the fitness of striker Ernesto Chevanton after the Uruguay international picked up a knee injury during Saturday night´s win over Osasuna.

Chevanton, who came on as a half-time substitute during the clash, helped earn the late penalty which saw Sevilla claim a 2-1 victory, but his night ended on a sour note after sustaining the injury.

Sevilla coach Manolo Jimenez said after the match: "The knee is something very dangerous for footballers and we have to wait at least 24 hours."
