Fury does pose Klitschko a threat with Fury being taller than him standing at a lofty 6ft 9in compared to Klitschko who is 6ft 6in.
This could cause a problem for Klitschko because he has got a history of fighting smaller boxers and relying on his superior arm length to full effect. However, it won’t be so easy for Klitschko this time round because he is the smaller of the two boxers.
Not only is Fury taller but he can also box southpaw as well as orthodox which could make it difficult for Klitschko and he will have to be wary of this. Fury boxed Dereck Chisora with his southpaw stance which caused Chisora numerous amounts of problems and Fury completely dominated the fight.
Fury has improved vastly since making his professional debut and he is a very good technical boxer which he sometimes is not given the credit he deserves.
Fury is well known for being quite vocal leading up to his fights and that is no different to his fight with Klitschko. Fury believes in his own ability and seems extremely confident as always; let’s just hope it won’t end up like the David Haye fiasco when he fought Klitschko.
He was confident going into the fight and did a lot of trash talking beforehand but when the bell rang he was just overawed by the occasion and could not hit Klitschko with any decisive punches.
Klitschko will not be bothered about all the trash talk from Fury because he has experienced that numerous of times with his previous opponents and won the fights with ease. To win the fight Klitschko will have to be on top of his game, be fully prepared because if he underestimates Fury there could be an upset on the cards.
Another key aspect of the fight will be who will be able to establish their jab because whoever does is most likely to win the bout. Either way it should be an intriguing fight between two modern day heavyweights going toe to toe.
Will Fury be able to end Klitschko’s dominance and become the new heavyweight champion of the world? It will be an incredible achievement if he does.
