Jurgen Klinsmann intends to draw on his experience of coaching Germany when he takes over as head coach of Bayern Munich in the summer.

The 43-year-old led Germany to the semi-finals of the 2006 World Cup using an innovative training method based on his knowledge of the players´ personalities and abilities, and now plans to apply his strategy to club football.

Klinsmann said: "The aim is to improve every player. We have to concentrate fully on the individuals in the team and work with the players so they know how every player is constructed, how they think and what their strengths and weaknesses are."
