Football News
Bulgaria have re-appointed Plamen Markov as coach, four years after he led them to the 2004 European Championships.

Following Markov´s departure, Bulgaria have failed to reach the finals of a major tournament, Hristo Stoichkov and Dimitar Penev both overseeing unsuccessful qualification campaigns.

Markov has signed a contract through to the 2010 World Cup and insists he will be looking for consistency rather than making radical changes.
