Bayley is said to be the most popular Diva in the WWE

A lot of attention has been given to four Divas in the WWE, who have been dubbed as The Four Horsewomen.

Bayley, Becky Lynch, Charlotte and Sasha Banks have helped take NXT to new heights, and have established themselves as four of the best divas in the WWE.

Three of them are enjoying great success on the main roster, but Bayley is still on the NXT roster where she is the NXT Women’s Champion.

She defeated Banks at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn to capture her first title last month.

Even though Bayley is performing on NXT, she is the most popular Diva in all of WWE. A long-time WWE executive believes that she’ll not only go on to be the most popular female, but the most popular in the whole of WWE.

It’s certainly a surprise to hear this. You’d assume the most popular female in the company would be on the main roster already, and probably wouldn’t even need to be a fantastic wrestler.

Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer recently revealed that the long-time WWE executive had sent him an e-mail regarding Bayley and her popularity.

He revealed that in the e-mail, it said Bayley will not only be the most popular female athlete on the main roster – when she’s eventually called up that is – but they also believe that Bayley will ‘destroy’ John Cena’s Make-A-Wish record. Cena recently granted wish number 500 and that number will only increase.

Bayley is expected to smash the record, regardless of the number it ends at.

“Bayley is so ungodly over, especially with little girls, that if she were to start granting wishes through Make-A-Wish, she will destroy John Cena” – Wrestling Observer.

Although Bayley is said to be the most popular in the WWE, the WWE haven’t made any plans on making her the face of the Divas division. In fact, no Diva on the main roster is being touted as the next face of the division.

Eva Maria is being handpicked as the next face of the divas division.

She’s currently competing on NXT and is expected to be one of Bayley’s next challengers for the NXT Women’s Championship.

If the two do go on to clash, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Eva Marie being crowned the new NXT Women’s Champion as this would allow Bayley to finally move up to the main roster.

Eva Marie isn’t exactly the finished product. There are lots improvements that need to be made before she can be the face and people expect that her time at the top won’t last.

This will allow another female to replace her as the face, and that should be Bayley. Her “I’m A Hugger!” t-shirt is the number one selling t-shirt out of all the females on the roster, that alone speaks volumes.

The current plan for Team PCB is to break-up, however it should be noted that whenever Bayley is called up, she won’t be involved in this three-team storyline.

As a die-hard NXT fan I know what Bayley is capable of. She’s a brilliant wrestler and she’s easily one of the most over on NXT, maybe neck and neck with Enzo Amore and Big Cass.

She’s a consistent performer, every single one of her matches is better than the last. Her match against Banks at TakeOver was giving a rating of four and a half by Dave Meltzer.

Even though she is talented and definitely deserves it; it still comes as a surprise to hear she will potentially play such a massive role in the future.

It will definitely be a huge loss to NXT when she does depart, but the main roster will be welcoming one of the most talented Divas in recent times.
