Louis van Gaal shamed one of his players on the team bus

Louis van Gaal appears to be the talk of the town once again today, regarding words he apparently had with Wayne Rooney. The Old Trafford captain was reportedly questioned by Van Gaal over his performance during the match against Aston Villa on the team bus back home, much to the shock of his teammates. After producing a relatively abject display Rooney incurred the wrath of the Red Devils boss, despite United having won the game 1-0 via a Adnan Januzaj strike. In other news David de Gea will be offered a new United contract next month, with the Spaniard knowing he must play regularly to make Vicente del Bosque’s international squad for next year's European Championships. We’ll have more on that as the story develops, but other sources are claiming De Gea won’t play for United again until he’s pledged his future to them moving forward. This comes after a failure to secure a transfer to Real Madrid on transfer deadline day.
