Dindane optimistic for Lens

Lens striker Aruna Dindane believes a win against Le Mans on Saturday will be the springboard his team needs to climb up the table.

Lens had a dreadful start under Guy Roux whose three-month spell in charge was considerably shorter than his 44-year stint at previous club, Auxerre.

However, the green shoots of recovery have slowly started to appear since Jean-Pierre Papin took the reins and Dindane is a declared optimist ahead of the game with fourth-placed Le Mans.
