Mesut Ozil was at his brilliant best last night as Germany secured a 3-1 victory over Poland in  Euro 2016 qualifying.

And it's safe to say that Arsenal fans thoroughly enjoyed his performance, as he started the game in the No.10 position before moving out to the left flank, where he continued to shine.

In fact, a number of the Gunners faithful took to Twitter to express their delight in the player's performance...

Ozil, of course, missed Arsenal's last outing, as Arsene Wenger's side secured a crucial 1-0 victory over Newcastle United at St James' Park, however he certainly appeared to be back to full fitness in last night's clash.

A double from Mario Gotze and an opener from Thomas Muller secured the win for Joachim Low's side, but there was only one man the Arsenal fans were in awe of throughout.

Success inevitable

Ozil appears to be getting better-and-better in north London and this campaign looks set to be a huge one for the former Real Madrid star.

There's no doubt about it, the German international now appears to be at home at the Emirates, and will no doubt continue to prove his credentials for Arsene Wenger's side. Ozil really could be the difference for the Gunners this term, as they go in search of success on both the domestic and European scene.
