Feyenoord have released plans for a new stadium which will form part of Holland and Belgium´s bid to secure the hosting rights for the 2018 World Cup.

The new stadium will replace the existing ´De Kuip´ arena and have a capacity of at least 75,000 and a retractable roof.

The construction is likely to be finished by the start of the 2016/17 Eredivisie season and is part of a large project which also includes the building of a new indoor arena and speedskating track.
