WWE legend John Laurinaitis has been teasing a possible return to WWE programming.

People Power

Laurinaitis hasn’t appeared on WWE television since the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony where he inducted The Bushwhackers, but a recent tweet by the WWE legend could be seen as him hinting of a possible return.

Laurinaitis tweeted out a picture of himself with text underneath it which said ‘People Power! Big Johnny, For president’ hashing Raw and SmackDown as well.

Could we see a return of Laurinaitis on Raw or SmackDown next week before the Night of Champions pay-per-view? Highly unlikely, as this image just looks like a piece of fan art that was sent to the WWE legend.

Whilst there was a mixed reaction to this post on twitter, having Laurinaitis back in the WWE wouldn’t be as bad as people think.

Possible involvement

In real life, Laurinaitis is currently engaged to Kathy Colace, who is the mother of the Bella Twins, Nikki and Brie, and the mother-in-law of Daniel Bryan.

Maybe Laurinaitis could come back to the WWE as a heel and become part of The Authority, being their man to control the Divas Revolution and helping Nikki Bella to keep the Divas Championship around her waist for as long as possible. After all, family comes first! This would also be a way the WWE could bring him back next week if it were to happen.

Sticking with the family comes first line, he could then turn face and help Bryan return to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship picture once he returns from his lengthy injury. All these are possible ideas but I seriously doubt Laurinaitis will come back to WWE programming anytime soon.
