Finland still in contention

Finland fought back from a goal down to keep their Euro 2008 qualification hopes alive with a 2-1 victory over Azerbaijan in Group A.

Having dominated the match, Finland fell behind to Makhmud Gurbanov´s effort in the second half but Mikael Forssell and Shefki Kuqi struck late to secure the points.

Bulgaria also remain in the hunt to reach Austria and Switzerland after a battling 1-0 win over Romania.
