UEFA´s control and disciplinary body met on Thursday to discuss the incident involving Binya, and several other cases, however a very late finish at UEFA´s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, prompted officials to delay an announcement of the verdict until Friday morning.
The clubs will be notified of the outcome initially, before detail of the punishment is made public.
