Bremen four too good

Football News
Werder Bremen gave the perfect tonic to their fans after their disappointing 2-1 Champions League loss to Lazio midweek, romping to a 4-0 win against high-flying Karlsruhe.

A brace from Diego sent Bremen into a 2-0 lead at half-time, before two goals in 10 second-half minutes from top-scorer Hugo Almeida and Naldo completed the rout.

Karlsruhe have taken the league by storm in their first season in the Bundesliga, and were eager to extend their six-game unbeaten run.
