The biggest name in the world of sports entertainment after the attitude era is John Cena. The man has been in the business for over a decade and has a strong fan base.

However, since the end of “The Rock VS Cena” rivalry, the scenario has changed. The much-anticipated enmity between two wrestling legends is over, and the WWE Universe has moved on but, Cena is no more a fan favorite.

What follows after the “Let’s Go Cena” chants certainly annoys the Hustle, Loyalty and Respect superstar. Here are the reasons why fans are showing their back to the 15 time World Champion.

Too Few Moves:

John Cena manages to do justice to his “Never Give Up” tag line but what irritates the fans is the seemingly increasingly fewer number of moves in his arsenal.

The shoulder tackle, Five Knuckle Shuffle and Attitude Adjustment are more than often applied in a match. The Skateboard stunner is a new dimension to his game, otherwise its AA or the submission maneuver to win him the match. It’s frustrating to see less and fewer moves and yet more victories for John.

Super Hero Image:

We are living in a world where Joker from Batman is more admired than the Batman himself. People have started to like the bad guys for their boldness and arrogance.

Cena has been carrying the super-hero image throughout his career. People are eager to see Cena turn heel and finally do something out of the ordinary. The best in the business have all tried a different path. The Rock, Stone Cold, Undertaker and many more WWE legends have tried the bad guy roles. It’s about time Cena does it too and surprise the WWE Universe.

Kicks Out at 2:

As a professional wrestler, it’s good to carry on till your last breath and fight. Though, it has become the norm in every John Cena match, making it quite predictable nowadays. Cena should change his game a bit and show more moves than courage.

Legend’s Favorite:

Often there is a blast from the past on WWE shows. The legends that feature in the ring with the pipe bomb often praise Cena for his efforts. It’s not something that is particularly wrong, but Cena is always around the legends gathering applause.

He shows way too much respect that again portrays his super hero image. He needs a turnaround and perhaps needs to get over the toady attitude he has with the old guns.
