Football News
Striker Luca Toni admits Italy´s Euro 2008 qualifying hopes will lie in tatters if they fail to beat Georgia in Genoa on Saturday.

With coach Roberto Donadoni leaving veteran strikers Filippo Inzaghi and Alessandro Del Piero out of his squad, it will be down to Toni to lead Italy´s attack alongside Udinese forward Antonio Di Natale.

There is plenty of pressure on the Bayern Munich man, but he said: "I am not the saviour of my nation. I feel the same responsibility as the rest of my team-mates to do well and help our national team win."
