Football News
Valencia striker David Villa has dismissed the idea that his side will be treating tonight´s Champions League meeting with Chelsea as a revenge mission.

Valencia were dumped out by Chelsea at the quarter-final stage of last season´s competition after conceding a last-gasp goal to Michael Essien at the end of the second leg.

And Villa said: "I would not say it is about revenge because the situation is different. It is true that it was bad for us when we were eliminated because we had high hopes for the competition. It was a tie that was very equal until the end, which ending up going their way, just as it could have done for us."
