Prediction: Nemanja Matic, John Terry and Diego Costa to return to Chelsea side

The Champions League game against Maccabi Tel Aviv gave Jose Mourinho a chance to try a different dynamic in order to get a win that'll boost the team's confidence and awaken the slumbering players.

In so doing, regular starters Nemanja Matic, Captain John Terry, Branislav Ivanovic and Diego Costa where dropped to the bench. The players who replaced them produced a strong performance that will surely give Mourinho selection headache.

However, we expect Mourinho to turn back to his experienced lieutenants now that the team has recorded a morale-boosting victory and I strongly believe that this will be the last chance for players like Branislav Ivanovic and John Terry to impress and hold down their spot.

Due to the injury to Pedro Rodriguez and Willian, the attacking right wing position is up for grabs and I expect Kennedy to get his first start ahead of Ramires and Bertrand Traore.

Nemanja Matic should return ahead of Loftus-Cheek but he will know that failure to hit the top form that earned him wide recognition last season would give the youngster the upper-hand going into their next fixture.

With that in mind, we now predict the team that Mourinho will put out on Saturday against Arsenal.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Asmir Begovic

Branislav Ivanovic (RB), Gary Cahill (CB), John Terry (CB), Cesar Azpilicueta (LB)

Nemanja Matic (DM), Cesc Fabregas (CM)

Eden Hazard (LAM), Oscar (CAM), Kennedy (RAM)

Diego Costa (CF)

Subs:  Jamal Blackman, Kurt Zouma, Baba Rahman, Loic Remy, Radamel Falcao, Loftus-Cheek, Ramires
