Diouf seeks solutions

Marseille president Pape Diouf admits the club must take "drastic" action to prevent their season becoming a "total fiasco" after suffering a fourth Ligue 1 defeat of the campaign on Saturday.

Albert Emon´s team looked to have given their season a kickstart with a 2-0 midweek win over Besiktas in their Champions League opener, but hopes of an upturn in fortunes were dashed as they went down 2-0 at Auxerre - and Diouf acknowledges something needs to be done.

"It´s imperative all the decision-makers get together, talk, think about the solutions - solutions that suit the situation and that will have an immediate effect in order to avoid our season becoming a total fiasco," he told
