Januzaj future

United fans wondering what the future holds for Adnan Januzaj should wonder no more, with Louis van Gaal apparently having made a big decision involving the Belgian.

Reports claim that the Dutchman has contacted the winger in a bid to reassure him regarding his future with United, with the youngster believed to be concerned that his move to Borussia Dortmund was Van Gaal’s way of edging him out of the club.

It’s said Tyler Blackett has been handed a similar lifeline by United’s 64-year-old boss, with the Englishman currently on loan at Celtic.

Martial's man of the match award

In other news, Anthony Martial won his first man of the match award in England at the weekend and handed it to his baby.

The in-form striker's wife posted a picture to her Instagram account after the game, with the caption ‘my dad is the best’. It remains to be seen if he’s still the best after the evident honeymoon period is over, but early signs are looking good.

Mata's message

Lastly, Juan Mata took the time to dedicate United’s win over Southampton this weekend to the injured Luke Shaw.

The Spaniard was in fine form during the clash at the St. Mary’s Stadium and said that the victory was for Shaw, who is facing a difficult road to recovery after breaking his leg.
