PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Afellay will be out for four to six weeks after scans revealed he has a broken toe.

Afellay suffered the injury in the 2-1 Champions League win over CSKA Moscow on Wednesday night and had to be withdrawn in the 27th minute.

The news will come as a blow to PSV coach Ronald Koeman with the midfielder being in sparkling form at the beginning of the season for the Dutch champions.
