Arsenal fans furious after FA make big call on Mike Dean

Arsenal fans get ready to get the pitchforks out - Mike Dean isn’t going to be disciplined by the FA for his perceived failings during the fixture against Chelsea this weekend just gone. Many Gunners fans were calling for Dean to be suspended from duty for failing to control players in the match at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, but it appears those calls have fallen on deaf ears. The latest is that Dean will continue with his normal duties, starting with West Ham’s clash against Norwich City this weekend. It’s safe to say Arsenal fans are less than amused. Across to transfer news and Napoli’s Gonzalo Higuain has confirmed that he rejected offers to leave the club in the summer because he wants to help the Italian’s return to the Champions League. Arsenal were loosely linked with the Argentina international as Arsene Wenger sought to acquire a new striker, but no deal appears feasible in the slightest.
