Paige finally completed her much-anticipated heel turn on Raw last night when she interrupted Charlotte's Divas Championship celebration and finally spoke the truth about WWE's failed Divas Revolution.
The former two-time Divas Championship made the point about the fact that WWE were very much patronising Charlotte by bringing her father Ric Flair back into the WWE and making her victory as much about him as it was about her.
WAS THE REVOLUTION A FAILURE?
She then talked about the fact that there was no Divas Revolution, she said Charlotte was just a place filler and Becky Lynch was the least relevant part of the revolution. That final point could be argued against, maybe Alicia Fox could take that mantle.

Either way, Paige spoke the truth. Charlotte has been a place filler, the minute she came up from NXT the WWE Universe knew it would be her that won the Divas Championship.
WWE made it obvious and with the likes of Sasha Banks and Paige waiting in the wings in a pointless feud, it makes sense that Paige thinks she's been overlooked.
Paige began the Divas Revolution when no one would join her in her rivalry against The Bellas and Naomi before Stephanie called up Sasha, Charlotte and Becky. That night was perhaps the best night in recent Divas history but it hasn't been recreated since.
WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE?
Pointless feuds, rematches and tag team matches have lead to the WWE Universe thinking this revolution was a failure.
Nikki says that she gave the WWE Universe a Divas Revolution when in fact the Revolution began through Paige as a way to dethrone The Bellas, so that makes no sense at all.
Natalya needs to be brought into the action which she finally was last night in a losing effort to Naomi, and there needs to be a better structure now. Paige is now a heel but so are the Bellas and Team BAD which leaves Charlotte, Becky and Natalya as the only faces left on the roster.
This is the exact position that team PCB have been in for the past few months. The WWE Universe recognise that The Bellas are heels but with Sasha being regularly chanted for, it makes sense to make her a face and she could even team back up with two of the four horsewomen and NXT could show WWE a revolution.
So much more could have been done with the divas and it is now obvious that this revolution was a failure, Paige's pipebomb was reminiscent of AJ's back in her heyday and hopefully this is the kick that WWE need to sort themselves back out and give the divas the attention they deserve.
