Manchester United fans are unhappy with the way Memphis Depay looks on FIFA 16 and have made their feelings clear on Twitter.

It appears that EA Sports have not used a head scan for Memphis in the latest instalment of the hugely popular FIFA franchise, which hits the shelves nationwide on Thursday.

Fans clearly expected more from EA Sports, whose portrayal of Manchester United’s £31 million summer signing is a lot less impressive than Pro Evolution Soccer’s latest effort. You can see both by clicking HERE.

As Manchester United’s new number seven, FIFA 16 fans had every right to expect that Memphis would look realistic in the new game.

And while there’s a passing resemblance to the Netherlands international, the artists at EA Sports surely could have spent a little more time on Memphis’ face to keep the millions of Manchester United fans from across the world who will buy the game satisfied.

Man Utd fans react on Twitter

As it stands, they’re not happy - and the game hasn’t even been released yet.

Here are some of the best tweets.

Memphis has potential rating of 89 on FIFA 16

Memphis is rated 81 on FIFA 16, which seems about right for the talented Manchester United new boy, who isn’t the finished product yet.

However, the 21-year-old has a better potential rating than Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling.

In fact, only one starlet in FIFA 16 has a higher potential rating than Memphis’s 89 - and that’s Anderlecht’s highly-rated Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans.

Manchester United fans: will you still buy FIFA 16 even though Memphis Depay looks like that? Have your say by leaving a comment in the box below!
