Premier League midfielder 'dreams' of playing for Chelsea

Christian Atsu might not have been given his shot at breaking into Chelsea’s first-team yet but that doesn’t mean he isn’t relishing the prospect of earning a chance. The Ghana international, currently on loan at Bournemouth, has admitted it is his dream to play for the Stamford Bridge outfit, though he also conceded that he had to play well with the Cherries to stand any sort of chance. Atsu is just one of a host of players sent out on loan by Jose Mourinho, and we have to admit the idea of him breaking into Chelsea’s first-team is a little far-fetched. Moving on and the Blues have an unlikely defender in Gary Neville. We say defender, that might be putting him a little above his station, but in any case the Manchester United legend has defended Diego Costa. The ex-England right-back said the FA were wrong to have given Costa a three game-ban - that was handed down for his behaviour during last weekend’s win against Arsenal.
