Champions stun Le Mans with comeback

Gutsy Lyon scored three goals in a six-minute second-half spell to sink a shell-shocked Le Mans 3-2 at the Stade Gerland.

Playmaker Stephane Sessegnon had netted either side of the interval to give Les Manceaux a two-goal lead, but then came the all-too-familiar Les Gones recovery.

Sidney Govou and Karim Benzema struck to bring the teams level and it was left to substitute Milan Baros to grab the 77th-minute winner, which sent the home crowd wild.
