Germany coach Joachim Low has blamed bad tackling for contributing to the weakened squad he is bringing to London for Wednesday´s friendly with England at Wembley.

Bayern Munich striker Miroslav Klose is the most prominent absentee after he was crocked by a tackle by former Werder Bremen team-mate Naldo in a game won 4-0 by the Bavarians on Saturday.

Angry Low said: "If you see there are 60 players injured (in the Bundesliga), there has got to be a reason. The tackling of some players leaves a lot to be desired."
