One of the very few things WWE got right during this week's edition of Monday Night Raw was The New Day and their involvement during the episode.
At a time when the company can seem at a loose end with other angles, this epic three-piece is certainly a group it can rely on in order to please the WWE Universe.
The New Day has been hugely popular with followers of WWE for some time now and this is with good reason.

Their light-hearted humour puts a different spin on any segment they are involved in and as well as being so successful as a faction, the three WWE superstars who make it up are undoubtedly unique individuals.
Kofi Kingston possesses an in-ring athletic ability that most of the talent on WWE's roster could only dream of.As for Big E, his stature fits his personality perfectly and he proves to be the perfect person to connect Xavier Woods and Kofi and ultimately bring the whole group together.
In addition, Xavier Woods is most entertaining lately because of his trombone, but his talent as a wrestler is also not to be forgotten.
This was evident during Monday Night Raw this week when John Cena announced that his US Open Challenge was making a comeback, and who better than The New Day to come out as his newest competition.
Having made their presence known by coming out to the tune of 'New US Champs', the trio decided that Xavier Woods was to be the representative against Cena.
With Kofi Kingston and Big E banished by the referee, Woods produced an impressive display, using moves to prove his worth against someone as big as John Cena.
Despite his best efforts, Woods was eventually saved by his fellow team members after a missed jump from the top rope meant Cena was able to lock in the STF.
Although this change was entertaining, Woods' loss proved that The New Day are great as individuals but are certainly even better when they are together.
Following the disqualification, The Dudley Boyz came out to defend an outnumbered Cena, with a tag team match eventually being set up between these three experienced superstars and The New Day.
The match was one of the better during Raw this week, with The New Day gaining victory following a distraction by Woods on Bubba Ray which enabled Kofi to pin D-Von for the win.
This segment overall was a great start to the show and set up what could have been and should have been a brilliant episode.
As for this ongoing feud between The New Day and The Dudley Boyz, there is certainly a lot more to come from it, with the two groups battling it out for the WWE Tag Team Titles at Madison Square Garden later this week.
