It may not have been the most explosive performance from Adnan Januzaj last night, but the Manchester United loanee created more chances than any other player in Europe as Borussia Dortmund were held to a 1-1 draw with PAOK in Thessaloniki.

The talented teenager, who departed Old Trafford on a season-long loan deal last month, has enjoyed a steady start to his Bundesliga career.

Last night, however, as Dortmund picked up their second consecutive draw in the Europa League, it was an indifferent evening for the man brought to prominence by David Moyes.

In fact, Squawka Football revealed via Twitter that the talented youngster created as many as five chances for his teammates - more than any other player in the Europa League.

ESPN, on the other hand, handed the player a lowly rating of just 3/10, so there's clearly still work to be done for Januzaj in his pursuit of success.

Huge season

It's crucial for Januzaj that he manages to secure regular first-team football under the guidance of Thomas Tuchel this term.

In the post Moyes-era at Old Trafford, the versatile forward has failed to really kick on, so he must now find consistency in his game.

Despite a number of ups and downs throughout his relatively short career so far, the Belgium international can still become a top player on the European scene.
