Barcelona ace Lionel Messi has revealed he is trying to lure Argentina team-mate Gabriel Milito to the Nou Camp.

The Real Zaragoza defender has been the subject of much speculation over the summer with a host of clubs, including Juventus, reportedly keen on signing him.

But Messi, currently on international duty with Milito at the Copa America, admits he has been using his time trying to convince the 26-year-old to move 300 kilometres east, telling Punto Radio: "I encourage him to join Barcelona. I told him he would be very comfortable there. He is thinking about it, but he has too many offers to look at."
