Lotina takes over at Deportivo

Miguel Angel Lotina has been named as the new coach of Primera Liga side Deportivo La Coruna.

Lotina had been tipped to be the new man in charge at the Riazor after resigning as manager of relegated Real Sociedad on Friday night.

The 50-year-old will take over the role vacated by Joaquin Caparros, who resigned at the end of the recently-completed Primera Liga season after leading Depor to a 13th-placed finish.
