Vince McMahon is not an easy man to work for, and that is putting things lightly.
Everyone who has ever worked or starred in the WWE has a crazy story about Vince, that usually involves him completely flipping out or doing the most insanely nonsensical thing ever.
Biggest Argument with Vince
Chris Jericho was recently interviewed by Brian Fritz of Fox Sports and was asked about the biggest argument he's ever had with McMahon.

According to Y2J, the biggest thing he ever did that made Vince flip was to become the host of a TV show without ever getting McMahon's approval.
"The worst argument is when I got the job to host "Downfall," the game show that I had to audition for quite a few times. I didn't tell him because I didn't want him getting involved because sometimes the company will get involved and screw things up for you."
"And when I finally got the gig, I didn't tell him and it was on the front cover of the Hollywood Reporter, which he flipped out at," Jericho added, before going into detail about their epic shouting match.
He forbid me from doing it and I was going to do it. No you can't. Yes I can. Well, you're fired. You can't fire me because I quit. You can't quit because you're fired. I'm going to fly to Connecticut to punch you in the face. I'll give you my address. I'll be waiting... We kind of just hung up on each other. We ended up working it all out but that was the biggest actual argument."
Jericho is on much better terms with McMahon now, he has to be to be able to pick and choose his own schedule, which is good because if he wasn't then there's no doubt the Canadian wouldn't be wrestling in WWE still.
