AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani claims the arrival of Honduras striker David Suazo at the San Siro will signal an end to their dealings in the transfer market.

The Rossoneri reached an agreement with Cagliari on Tuesday for the 27-year-old, who had been close to finalising a move to rivals Internazionale last week. Suazo has yet to agree personal terms with the European champions.

"Suazo is currently on holiday," Galliani told the club´s official website, "If Suazo signs, our transfer market could finish here."
