FA appeal for shorter Hud ban

The Football Association are appealing against the length of Tom Huddlestone´s suspension at the European Under-21 Championship in Holland.

The Tottenham midfielder was dismissed in the Group B clash against Serbia for swearing at an official and received a two-match ban from UEFA.

He is definitely out of the semi-final against the holders and hosts in Heerenveen but the FA hope he could be available if Stuart Pearce´s youngsters make it through to the final at the weekend.
