Real Mallorca are out to prove the Primera Liga title race is not a foregone conclusion as they prepare to take on Real Madrid at the Bernabeu this weekend.

Madrid know a victory over Mallorca on Sunday will see them crowned Spanish champions for the first time since 2003, and few are giving the mid-table Balearic Island club much chance of upsetting the apple cart.

"Mallorca are being looked down upon, not so much from the Real Madrid players, but from what I have seen in the press and by the celebrations of their president," Mallorca midfielder Guillermo Pereyra told Marca, referring to the images of Madrid president Ramon Calderon celebrating with the travelling fans following last weekend´s 2-2 draw at Real Zaragoza.
