WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley believes NXT's Chad Gable is the real deal, according to his own Facebook post.
Gable has been signed to the developmental division of the WWE since November 2013 but didn't make his television debut until January 2015, and then his official debut was in July earlier this year.
But being a former wrestling olympian means he is receiving a lot of attention, and with the right training and with enough time, he could become a major hit in the company.

He recently grabbed the attention from the likes of Cageside Seats and Foley when he wrestled alongside Jason Jordan in the semi-finals of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament at NXT TakeOver: Respect.
Foley said: "RISING STAR I agree with this article - Chad Gable is the real deal! We all knew he could wrestle. But, just as importantly, this Olympic athlete has quietly become one of the most entertaining performers on the #NXT roster. Check out this amazing move from #NXTTakeover and let me know what you see in the future for Chad."
In that article, Bill Hanstock called Gable the real deal because of his incredible in-ring work against Baron Corbin. If you haven't seen it, I fully reccomend watching the whole special event itself.
Gable is looking like someone who could be a big name on NXT, and then hopefully, if he pushed now, he would be able to make an impact on the main roster if he is ever given the opportunity.
He needs to have a title reign though first, either as NXT Tag Team Champion with Jordan or someone else, or possibly even as NXT Champion. This would give him more practice in the limelight to see if he is capable of living up to the expectation given by Foley.
