Northern Ireland cannot expect anyone else to do them any favours in the quest to reach next summer´s European Championships, according to Irish Football Association president Jim Boyce.

Sweden now lead Group F after they were awarded a 3-0 win over Denmark by UEFA following last week´s abandoned clash in Copenhagen, where German referee Herbert Fandel called off the game amid security fears after he had been attacked by a fan.

Boyce said: "We have beaten Spain, we have beaten Sweden - now we have to pick up as many points as we can and if it comes down to it ensure we get at least a draw against Sweden and Spain."
