Yet another fan has failed to trick Linda Pizzuti Henry, the wife of Liverpool owner John W Henry, on Twitter.
This time the tweet - from @LVanGaalOutClub, possibly a Manchester United fan or maybe a Liverpool supporter on a wind-up mission - featured a photo of Jurgen Klopp and Marco Reus, taken from their time working together at Borussia Dortmund, alongside the caption: “Hey Linda can you reply to cheer up my cousin, he's been down since his father moved to England, thanks.”
But Linda, switched on as ever, refused to fall for the fan’s trick. In fact, her response was brilliant - and you can see it by scrolling a little further down this page.

“@LVanGaalOutclub,” she responded, “let your cousin know that his dad is in a wonderful place.”
Fans will need to try much harder than this in order to finally trick Linda.
Linda will not be fooled
That they’ve so far failed to fool John Henry’s wife is not because of a lack of effort on the fans’ part. They attempted to trick her with photos of Carlo Ancelotti and Klopp over recent weeks - but on both occasions they failed miserably.
Despite this, following the appointment of Klopp last week, Linda described Liverpool fans as “the smartest supporters in the league.”
The reason? Probably because they’d long guessed that Fenway Sports Group were considering replacing the beleaguered Brendan Rodgers with Klopp, who wasn’t contacted by Liverpool’s owners until after the Northern Irish coach was sacked, it was revealed at the weekend.
Liverpool fans are daring to dream again
Liverpool fans could be forgiven for presuming - or hoping, at least - that Klopp will be able to tempt some of his former stars to leave Signal Iduna Park for Anfield.
Reus, arguably world-class at his best, would undoubtedly be a huge coup for the Reds - and fans are already beginning to dream that anything is possible under their new manager.
