Lippi could be the man - Juve

Juventus team manager Gianluca Pessotto admits Marcello Lippi would be an "ideal" choice as coach.

Didier Deschamps quit the post after leading the Turin club back to Serie A in his first season in charge just a year after they were relegated for match-fixing and Pessotto is keen on the possible appointment of Lippi, has not worked since resigning as Italy coach in the aftermath of their World Cup success last summer, as coach for a third time of the Turin club.

"It would be ideal," Pessotto said in remarks reported by "He (Lippi) is a great coach who guarantees success."
