The WWE has recognised the engagement of two of their employees, Rusev and Lana, despite the fact they're currently feuding against each other onscreen.
WWE.com released a statement earlier today acknowledging the recent engagement and have said more will be revealed on tonight's Raw, meaning there could be a chance of Lana returning to WWE programming tonight.
Lana had recently been involved in a feud against her new fiancee alongside Dolph Ziggler, but a recent training injury meant she had to sit out of WWE shows to recover. Many anticipated she would make her wrestling debut in the WWE in a mixed tag match alongside Ziggler against Rusev and Summer Rae.

The statement on the WWE website said: "As first reported by TMZ, former U.S. Champion Rusev and Lana are reportedly engaged. The Ravishing Russian had been romantically linked to Dolph Ziggler in recent months and Rusev fielded a proposal from Summer Rae just last week, but it would appear that any lingering problems between the power couple have been resolved.
"Why did Lana have a change of heart? Tune in to Raw live at 8/7 C on USA Network for more, and stay with WWE.com as this story develops."
This statement could indicate that we will be seeing Lana on Raw tonight in Chicago for the first time since she had to take time off due to her injury. It will be interesting to see how the WWE twists a real-life event into WWE programming, and whether or not it will be successful.
WWE have done this many times in the past, including notable events such as Lita and Edge getting together behind Matt Hardy's back, John Cena vs The Rock, and Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels. These though were more rivalries than events and with big superstars, so it might not have the same effect.
