The WWE have long been known as an organization that isn't frightened to go out and get the wrestlers they want from rival promotions.

Vince McMahon, Triple H and co. are no strangers to cherry picking the very best talent when they identify an area of the roster that needs improving.

As reported by The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, via NoDq.com, Lucha Underground stars Angelico and Richochet are the two names currently on the WWE's radar.

Per the report, the powers that be at the WWE had been "keeping tabs" on both wrestlers right up until the second series of Lucha Underground was confirmed at the end of September.

And, by the sounds of things, it looks like the organization is still interested in recruiting the duo even after their current employer's recent announcement.

Outside talent

Ricochet, in particular, has links to the WWE. He is the roommate of current NXT star Apollo Crews and they actually reside in Orlando, the location of NXT's Performance Center.

Angelico began his wrestling career in Spain and had wrestled with International Wrestling Revolution Group, Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) and Wrestling New Classic before arriving to work with Lucha Underground.

Although no deals are yet done, the WWE are said to be already planning to have Ricochet work with Finn Balor.
