NBA GMs pick Cleveland Cavaliers as favourites for the championship

The polls been taken, the results are in and the NBA’s general managers have spoken. The Cleveland Cavaliers will win their first NBA title next June, derailing the Golden State Warriors dynasty before it’s even up and running. That’s right, 53.6% of the league’s GM’s picked the Cavs to win the title, with a majority also electing for LeBron James as the man most likely to win the coveted MVP award. The championship selection is interesting due to the fact that the Warriors were statistically the best winning franchise since Michael Jordan’s Bulls, but, there you go. Meanwhile, in NFL, Seattle Seahawks running back Fred Jackson was involved in a car accident today but has confirmed he is fine. The police statement said he had lost control of his black Chevy Corvette and hit a stop sign, with the man himself later tweeting to insist that he wasn’t racing against teammates.
