So long as there is a wrestler holding the Money in the Bank briefcase before a pay-per-view, people will question whether or not that said wrestler should cash in on the opportunity of winning WWE gold.
Sheamus is the current Money in the Bank holder, and there is more evidence than ever that he is about to cash in the contract to attempt to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
The chance for the title will provide itself when Seth Rollins and Kane face off at the Hell in a Cell event this Sunday for the top prize in the WWE.

If Rollins retains the title, then The Celtic Warrior doesn't need to cash in the briefcase because there is simply no point of having two heels going for the championship at the same time. He could still cash in the contract and lose, which has been one of the rumors of the day, according to Cageside Seats.
However, if Kane wins, that's a completely different ball game.
If The Devil's Favorite Demon wins, the best for the WWE to do would be to allow Sheamus to cash in and win the championship. This provides the WWE with an opportunity to turn and cement Rollins as a face character in time for the new year and WrestleMania season as he turns his back on The Authority for not helping him keep the title.
No one wants to see another Kane title reign, but, remember, the win also allows him to remain as Director of Operations. Meaning, he can cause havoc for Rollins and Sheamus, acting out his revenge for losing the title to The Celtic Warrior on the very same night of gaining it.
The double personality of The Devil's Favorite Demon has been great so why get rid of it at the first opportunity? WWE needs spice and flair right now because their ratings haven't been so good. A Sheamus cash in provides them with loads of avenues to go down to do just that.
Generally, when a wrestler consistently teases cashing in, they don't. We haven't seen any teasing from Sheamus over the past couple of weeks, so could he be cashing in his contract soon?
