UFC Women's Champion Ronda Rousey mentioned recently that one day in the future she would like to be Divas Champion in the WWE.

The UFC fighter was at the UFC 193 media event yesterday, via NoDQ, where she talked about the possibility of becoming the WWE Divas Champion, a boxing champion and also a jiu-jitsu world champion.

She said: "What I would love to do, I got an Olympic medal, I would want to retire from MMA as one of the greatest of all time, I would love to have the chance to be the boxing world champion, and I would love to have the chance to be a jiu-jitsu world champion. I'd love to have the chance to be the Divas world champion and just be the best of everything at one point.

"How that is possible to do, I'm going to have to figure that out but I am trying to figure that out. I think if anybody's capable, I think that I am. I think it's just a matter of prioritizing and timing and figuring out when I can do which, when. I'm figuring it out. I'd love to, but it's a process."

So while it hasn't confirmed she will be joining the WWE anytime soon, it shows optimism that she wants to be part of the programming.

Current Divas Champion Charlotte has read what Rousey said, and she is welcoming the challenge.

Many members of the WWE Universe are hoping Rousey is able to join the WWE for WrestleMania next year to have a match, but this might be a longshot as she is scheduled to do some filming for a movie in Indonesia around the same time.

It would be great to see Rousey in the Divas division one day, she would be one of the most technically gifted members on the roster. She would definitely be a worthy champion and someone who could hold the ring with the likes of Charlotte and Sasha Banks.
