Liverpool plot January move for Domenico Berardi

Domenico Berardi. You might not have heard his name until now but you might as well get used to hearing it moving forward. The Italian wonderkid is being pursued by both Manchester United and Chelsea and now Liverpool have entered the race for his signature. The 21-year-old has notched 44 Serie A goals in 104 games, with Juventus having a deal in place to be able to sign him for £13million in the summer. It’s claimed in The Sun however that Liverpool want to negate that clause by pinching him in January. They’d be lucky to do so, but never say never now that Jurgen Klopp is in charge. Moving swiftly on, Jordon Ibe produced the moment of the match last night in Liverpool’s 1-0 League Cup victory over Bournemouth. The youngster completed a canny fake pass to take out two Bournemouth defenders in one move - if you haven’t seen it yet we highly recommend taking the time to do so.
