The arrival of Jurgen Klopp seems to have rejuvenated many associated with Liverpool Football Club. None, apparently, more so than Alberto Moreno. The Spanish full-back has admitted that former boss Brendan Rodgers left him with an inner rage, stating that everything is now completely different under Klopp. Moreno also said he was concerned that Rodgers didn’t have much confidence in his abilities as a player and that he couldn’t see why he wasn’t given a chance. Thankfully, he confirmed he wants to stay for ever. Next we move across the pond, where Steven Gerrard has conceded he’s hurting after LA Galaxy failed to secure qualification for the MLS Cup playoffs. A 3-2 defeat at the hands of the Seattle Sounders provided the final nail in the coffin for Gerrard and his teammates meaning the wait goes on with regards to him winning a career-first league title.
