A pair of Chelsea fans on YouTube have astoundingly turned on former club doctor Eva Carneiro after she decided to take legal action against Jose Mourinho.

Having lodged a claim for constructive dismissal against the club last week, Carneiro has now opened legal proceedings against the Blues boss personally.

Unless the case is settled outside of court, it will mean the Stamford Bridge boss faces an appearance at an employment tribunal.

The 42-year-old departed Chelsea in September after her altercation with Mourinho during the opening day 2-2 draw to Swansea City.

The Portuguese boss was furious with her decision to treat Eden Hazard - despite referee Michael Oliver waving for medical assistance - and publicly chastised Carneiro and first-team physio Jon Fearn.

Now, having been put through the ringer by the Chelsea boss, she has been accused of kicking the club while they're down by the two supporters on ChelseaFansChannel. See the full video by scrolling down the page.

Rory Jennings said it was 'slightly dodgy and unfair and not full of grace' and added that the fact she was going after the former Real Madrid boss showed 'she has some venom in her.'

Carneiro was also accused of 'pouring fuel over the flames unnecessarily' after Chelsea's disastrous start to their title defence. And was also labelled 'vindictive' and 'spiteful' before the two men suggested she 'move on'.

The video has caused quite a stir and has split opinion between Chelsea fans.

But following the way Carneiro was treated by Mourinho, during and after that game at Stamford Bridge, she is well within her right to file claims against the club and manager.
