If you’re Diego Costa the last thing you want to be reading about at the moment is Chelsea eyeing up potential strikers who could replace you. Well, sorry Diego, this morning’s gossip centres around the idea that the Blues are interested in former Real Madrid man Gonzalo Higuain. The Napoli star could be prised away from his current club if the offer on the table is large enough and with Chelsea struggling on all fronts at the moment Roman Abramovich could be prepared to part with a lot of cash. His arrival is tipped to raise doubts over Costa’s future. Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed he would work with Jose Mourinho again - not that fans should expect him to move to west London anytime soon. When asked in an interview with BT Sport, Ronaldo said he rated him at the top of the game, and said he couldn’t see why the two couldn’t work together in the future.
